We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Print Center Data Analyst. The person in this position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Document data models, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
  • Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis.
  • Support the adoption and integration of new analytical tools and technologies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics over time.
  • Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Demonstrated success in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in a print center, manufacturing, or production environment.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of pricing models and elasticity analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Pace MIS system and job ticketing workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
