We are seeking a Print & AI Growth Manager to architect a unified growth model that drives success across our entire ecosystem. This role involves directing the team, owning the budget, and being accountable for building a sustainable, AI-supercharged growth engine. You will report to the Executive GM of Print & AI.

  • Design and own the comprehensive growth model, creating a balanced strategy for diverse B2B and B2C customer segments.
  • Allocate resources to maximize portfolio return across all digital platforms.
  • Embed AI and LLMs into the core of the growth function to accelerate productivity and build predictive models.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize user journeys for sharing and referrals across web and mobile app experiences.
  • Set the strategy for AI-augmented SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), and hyper-personalized content marketing.
  • Be the direct strategic leader for the marketing team, championing an AI-native workflow.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in growth leadership across B2B and B2C models.
  • Deep, hands-on experience driving results on multiple platforms (desktop web, mobile web, native iOS/Android apps).
  • Mastery in the application of AI and LLMs to drive productivity and build intelligent growth models.
  • Fluency in P&Ls, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate creative and analytical talent.
  • Experience with AI tools like GPT-4, Claude, etc.
  • A documented history of navigating complex business challenges.
