GCU Traditional Campus - Phoenix, AZ: Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Spring 2026 Semester (03/02/2026 - 04/26/2026) Course: Principles of Clinical Microbiology This course provides coverage of clinically significant pathogenic bacteria, including epidemiology, pathogenicity, and procedures for manual laboratory identification. Topics and practice include antimicrobial identification testing and sensitivities as well as an introduction to clinical mycology, virology, parasitology. mycobacteria, and anaerobes. Requirements

Minimum: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in any physical or life science with current or expired Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification.
