About The Position
Principle Systems Cyber Security Engineer needed: Marlborough MA, Woburn MA, or Tewksbury MA. Must have a Secret Clearance to Start We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for a Principle Systems Cyber Security Engineer for a contract position in Marlborough MA, Woburn MA, or Tewksbury MA. . This is a 6 month position and you must be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency, W2 hourly Contract Only, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C. No exceptions (Sorry) Pay: $88.75 to $98.75/hr. D.O.E. Must have a Secret Clearance to Start PRINCIPLE SYSTEMS CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER Interact with the customer to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness Develop plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans Ensure compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues Support the development of bids and proposals Define security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software component Integrate cybersecurity development activities Develop top-level system requirements and flow down requirements and implementation concepts to subsystem Understanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Experience in technical leadership Experience in System Security Engineering, computer technology reverse engineering, Anti-Tamper, cybersecurity or embedded security Experience designing, implementing, testing, and fielding real-time embedded security-oriented solutions on Department of Defense (DoD) programs with secure systems technologies, methodologies, policies, and guidelines Experience generating security (cyber, Anti-Tamper and/or program protection) requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and/or policies Qualifications We Prefer DoD Top Secret clearance with current SSBI within last 5 years desired Experience in design, development and fielding of SSE systems Software, Firmware, & Microelectronics Engineering, Cryptography and FPGA design Attack threat modeling / Critical Program Information Assessments Attack threat modeling / Critical Program Information Assessments Experience in the implementation and business growth of SSE implementation throughout the entire life cycle Experience in solutions meeting robust SSE systems security requirements Cyber Certifications in accordance with DoDD 8570/DoDD 8140 such as CISSP, GSLC, CEH Broad understanding of technology and working knowledge of DODI-S-5230.28 Aircraft/weapons integration experience Strategic planning and proposal writing skills Candidate must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
Requirements
