Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP P10 functions
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba Purchasing system
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Contractor Coordinator certified.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Procure quotations, cost analysis/price justification, and placement of schedule agreements utilizing Ariba.
  • Provide updates to various customers.
  • Work with cross functional team (materials, operations, quality, engineering) to ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Lead purchase order execution and product/service delivery, billing adjustments and cost reduction goal execution.
  • Handle all aspects of the vendor relationships, including scheduling and quality performance, cost, and inventory management.
  • Manage and track all order placements until receipt and expedite as needed.
  • Manage and ensure the Preventative Maintenance, Daily Walkaround and LOTO programs adhere to all procedural requirements.
  • Utilize SAP functions to manage and compose reporting of machine metrics, maintenance schedules, equipment records and purchase order history.
  • Champion active daily use of the CORE operating system through CORE tool usage to improve EH&S, quality, delivery, financial, employee engagement, and customer happiness.
