About The Position
As a Principal Specialist/EE Comms at Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of all program aspects, requiring hands-on efforts in testing, provisioning, and maintaining communications equipment and infrastructure. This position is essential for supporting operational and administrative requirements while deployed, and you will oversee multiple strategic engineering developments for tailored communications capabilities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining awareness of commercial industry and proprietary communications capabilities to ensure a diversified portfolio of capabilities and mitigate UTS threats. You will provide technical provisioning and issuance of communications solutions, including tailored cellular phones, data pucks, cloud infrastructure, VPNs, simulated RF environments, PTT radios, Virtual Machines, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational tradecraft, excellent communication skills, and a technical background in areas such as cellular networks, networking, and cloud architectures. You will be expected to troubleshoot stand-alone equipment failures or network issues, test and evaluate proprietary or commercial hardware and/or software, and operate, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems. Additionally, you will need to convey information effectively through various channels, including oral communication, hard copy, SMS, or email. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and problem-solving, contributing to the success of our cybersecurity, intelligence, and services offerings.
