Atlassian is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager responsible for shaping the future of Rovo, Atlassian’s flagship AI product. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of product, marketing, narrative, strategy, informing roadmap, and unlocking adoption through customer insights, and storytelling. This is an ideal role for a tenured PMM who is creative, and strategically minded, and passionate about bringing innovative products to market. You'll own positioning, partner with product to influence what we build, and work across teams to ensure Rovo drives real customer value and sustained growth. You won't just support GTM - you’ll shape it, with a deep focus on positioning, activation, experimentation, and storytelling that connects users to product value.
