About The Position
BAE Systems' Electronic Systems sector is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for assigned New Hampshire and Massachusetts sites, as well as remote employees. This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving proactive, positive employee relations for their assigned employee base, while coaching leaders to success and managing employee relations issues. The position reports to the Senior Manager - Employee Relations and will be based on-site in Nashua, NH, with 25% travel to MA and NH sites. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
