About The Position

At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. We're looking for a Principal Business Analyst to help us make better, faster, and more confident decisions across our commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who can see both the big picture and the details - designing scalable data solutions, leading analysis projects, and helping shape our long-term analytics strategy. You'll partner with business leaders, engineers, and other analysts to ensure our teams have the insights they need to act effectively.

  • Experience with Snowflake, dBT, ETL workflows, and data automation.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality management.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • A track record of mentoring others and improving analytical practices across teams.
