About The Position
The Principal at River Birch Elementary is responsible for administering and supervising the educational program in the school, providing direct leadership over staff and students. The role requires a demonstrated ability to work with personnel in the instructional program and others, adapting to changes as needed to improve the instructional program. The Principal must be capable of budgeting time effectively and willing to work as needed to complete assigned duties, making high-quality decisions based on available information and acting quickly when necessary. The position is expected to positively impact school personnel to strive for exemplary academic, social emotional, and behavioral standards, providing the best possible opportunities for student growth and development.
