About The Position

The Holliston Public School District seeks a highly motivated, qualified individual to serve as Principal of the Robert Adams Middle School. The Principal is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school, supervises all Middle School personnel, and is a member of the district's leadership team. Robert Adams Middle School serves 660 students in Grades 6-8 and is immersed in a three-year journey to evaluate and modify everything around the mindset of Personal Local Global (PLG). The school aims to develop critical thinkers, effective communicators, and collaborative problem solvers who are self-aware, curious, creative, compassionate, and resilient young adults, prepared to pursue their passions and contribute to an increasingly complex, interconnected, and ever-changing world.

Requirements

• Master's degree, preferably in education administration.
• Certified in Massachusetts as a Principal/Assistant Principal (Grades 5-8).
• Familiar with the state's curriculum frameworks and assessment programs.
• Prior administrative experience as a building administrator, teacher, and teacher-leader.
