About The Position
The Principal at the Therapeutic Day School is responsible for providing effective leadership in the development and implementation of academic experiences and instructional programs for students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. This role involves spearheading quality improvement initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the integration of educational services with residential support for students. The Principal will also engage in strategic planning, financial management, and community collaboration to enhance the educational environment and outcomes for students.
