About The Position

As a Principal XD Researcher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring customers and galvanizing our 14,000+ employees around what matters most to our customers, utilizing best-in-class storytelling. This cross-functional, high-performing team serves as a center of excellence for the company and includes experts across experience design, strategic content, experiential learning, event production, experiential marketing, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering and activating the most important customer insights and driving key strategic experiences that bring these insights to life. You will lead and coach cross-functional teams to drive projects from exploration through execution, partnering with and influencing senior leadership to effectively communicate strategy and manage executive stakeholders. Your expertise in design thinking will be essential as you navigate the creative process, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering meaningful experiences for both internal and external audiences.
