Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a focus on large-scale initiatives.
- Experience in building B2B or B2B2C solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to influence product direction and articulate design rationales.
- Strong skills in systems thinking, interaction design, and visual execution.
- Proficient in using research and data to inform design decisions.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful product impact for users.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Responsibilities
