We work closely with business, product, and engineering partners to improve our process, execute great work, and make progress quickly. We are looking for a creative, talented Principal UX Product Designer who can coalesce large systems into an intuitive, usable whole as well as someone interested in raising the bar for craft and culture across our Design organization. If you are a hands-on problem solver who can work with multiple stakeholders, can turn limitations into opportunities, and can lead the team in setting a future vision then this may be the role for you. This opportunity is in Bentonville, Arkansas where we are expanding our design community in our new, state-of-the-art campus.
