The Insulet UX team is seeking a customer-obsessed Principal UX Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for defining, articulating, building, and championing the future vision of our Insulet products helping simplify the lives of those touched by diabetes. You excel through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. You sincerely believe that design is more than how something looks, but also how it feels and functions. You value data insights and research findings to drive design decisions. You actively involve and collaborate closely with User researchers, product managers and the tech leads; through which you identify the golden opportunity between user needs, business viability and technical feasibility. This role is for a hands-on UX leader who establishes a UX vision and UX strategy, scales their impact by empowering designers, proactively includes other UX partners such as User Research, Human Factors, Instructional Design, and Content Strategy in the design thinking process and elevates the design quality of the entire team. You will develop strong relationships with fellow UX Leaders and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business counterparts throughout the organization to launch bar-raising user experiences for patients, care givers and health care providers around the world.
