The Clothes Care User Interface Mechanical Engineer will lead the development of the user interfaces for the next generation of consumer-friendly, energy-efficient appliances and the advanced development of the associated technologies. This role is responsible for NPIs, current production UI designs, and advanced development efforts for new features and functions. This position will work closely with the Laundry product line engineers and other user interface engineers to develop new technologies that can be introduced into the product lines. With the many features offered in these new platforms, this role will be challenged with finding innovative solutions to meet the next generation product requirements, reliability, and design for manufacturability.
