By combining software platforms, AI capabilities, and customer-centric design, the department drives differentiation and customer satisfaction across the Mercedes-Benz portfolio. The Principal UI/UX Market Function Owner (MFO) owns the US market UX strategy for infotainment experiences. This role ensures that global UI/UX concepts, standards, and features deliver market-leading usability and customer satisfaction for US customers. Acting as a senior counterpart to global design leadership, this role influences global UX direction through market insights, validation, and strategic recommendations.
