Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Lead Big Rocks Programs and implementation of OCI's strategic roadmap, including datacenter expansion, software development, and hardware engineering projects, in line with the organization's vision and goals.
  • Engineering Programs: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and roadmaps for cross-pillar initiatives.
  • Identify project dependencies and critical paths, allocating resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Pillar Coordination: Act as the central point of contact and facilitator for cross-pillar projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment between- Data Hall Design, Program Control, DC Build Deployment teams and DC Software Platform.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead Data Center Infrastructure programs, bridging the gap between development teams and operational requirements.
  • Lead emerging technology programs in datacenter management, software development, and hardware engineering.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Innovation and Engineering Excellence: Lead the implementation of new tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall system performance.
