Anduril is seeking a Senior Staff Test Engineer (SEIT) to serve as the Test Lead for the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system and additional products within our Connected Warfare division. This is a Level 6 senior staff role with responsibility for leading a team of test engineers and managing the full test lifecycle across both software-enabled hardware and software systems. In this role, you will lead test planning, execution, and reporting for developmental and operational test events, ensuring system-level performance is validated in both laboratory and field environments. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and government stakeholders to deliver rigorously tested systems that meet the demands of the modern battlespace. This is an opportunity to shape test strategy for one of Anduril’s most critical Divisions, lead high-performing teams, and directly influence the success of deployed warfighter capabilities.
