About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increased selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options from overseas factories to the Walmart Fulfillment network. We are seeking an experienced Principal – Technology Operations to own the Full-Container-Load (FCL) program for a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross-border inbound logistics service. This Principal, TO will own the Ocean FCL program, including managing the overall health of the FCL program; setting the long-term strategy for seller experience and growth by delivering new products and enhancements that drive value; defining, measuring, and achieving objectives and key results (OKRs); ensuring project deliverables stay on track and within budget; and communicating or escalating program risks as appropriate. This role is broad in scope and encompasses business strategy, gathering and defining business requirements, project planning, continuous improvement, KPI management, change management, and tracking issues through to resolution.

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

• Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
