About The Position

The expert tester will be part of a team of Test operators and perform various electronics Manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment. This role requires being responsible for the Test shift operations and performance by supporting factory floor activities to achieve production output, quality, training in a higher level, and safety targets. Requirements

  • MFG experience in Space Hybrid/PCB production environment.
  • Working a clean room environment
  • Utilize software tools such as Expandable, QPulse, MS Office, and administrative, informational, and operational tasks.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • Team player with interpersonal skills.
  • Three (3) or more years of hybrid Test process.
  • Must have strong manual dexterity and be able to use small tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such Mr. Green, IPC J-STD-001, and MIL-STD-883.
  • Comprehend procedures/documentations/drawings.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Independent worker, detailed oriented, and self-motivated.
  • handling multiple priorities and multi-tasking
  • Experienced with MS Excel
  • Due to export control rules, must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.
  • Support with testing integrated Circuit includes setting the tester, loading board, and program with the use of Ultra flexes and Verify tester.
  • Expect to give a detailed pass down on the task given.
  • Works on minimal supervision.
  • Have knowledge about excel and keyboard functions.
  • Physical stamina allows Operators to remain on their feet for most of the day.
  • Responsible and reliable person to work on Weekend shift.
  • Able to demonstrate after undergoing training by a qualified trainer through documentation that it has fulfilled this requirement.
  • Test operators to achieve production output, quality, training in a higher level, and safety targets.
  • Randomly auditing the operators to ensure that they follow the process, procedures, priorities in the Expendables system.
  • Participate & collaborate with various stakeholders in a diverse working environment.
  • Rework assemblies as necessary according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Feedback to the team and guide them to follow the workmanship and established guidelines, quality standards to avoid the rework.
  • Assist with verifying parts in kit box, labeling, and combine LT in Expandables.
  • Comply with safety regulations, ESD regulations, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Other duties requested by the Supervisor or Manager.
