  • Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products.
  • Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
  • Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation.
  • Works with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
  • Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
  • Follows up to determine applicability of course material.
  • Develops professional expertise and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
  • 7+ years demonstrated experience designing and delivering instructor-led technical training (virtual and/or in-person).
  • General enterprise data and networking technical proficiency with cybersecurity proficiency desired.
  • Proficiency with remote training tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.).
  • Experience working in Linux environments and with common shell commands.
  • Comfortable setting up and maintaining virtualized lab environments (e.g., AWS Cloud, VM workstations, custom sandbox environments).
  • Ability to adjust content and delivery style to different technical proficiency levels and customer provided feedback.
  • Security Clearance preferred but not required.
