About The Position

Serco is seeking a Principal Technical Support Team Analyst to support our team at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas, as part of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The selected candidate will lead technical support operations to train and assist unit staff in the setup and integration of tactical systems and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) during training events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in military training and support; OR Master's degree with 7 years of experience in military training and support.
• Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
• Subject matter expertise in CPCE and MCIS integration for Mission Command training.
• Proficient in MCIS systems including CPCE, AFATDS, AMDWS, TAIS, GCCS-A, JADOCS, Command Web, Tactical Messaging, WAVE, JBC-P.
• Working knowledge of simulation tools including JLCCTC and DXTRS.
• IAT Level II certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas.

Nice To Haves

• Digital Master Gunner qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in MCIS integration at brigade level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technical personnel supporting the setup and maintenance of tactical command post shelters and power distribution systems.
• Train military units on the configuration, operation, and integration of MCIS and tactical communications equipment.
• Troubleshoot communications and systems integration issues, and manage routine system maintenance and security updates.
• Provide technical support at the Mission Training Complex (MTC) and other training locations as needed.
