This role is onsite in San Jose, CA three times a week. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the core operating rhythm for the engineering organization, ensuring goal setting, program reviews, and status reporting drive accountability and predictability.
