About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) delivers mission-critical applications for top tier enterprises around the world. OCI is expanding its mission beyond the traditional boundaries of public cloud to include dedicated, hybrid and multi cloud, edge computing, and more. At Technical Strategy and Oversight (TSO) organization, our mission is to support customer choice, transparency, and value when it comes to cloud infrastructure. We're embarking on ambitious new initiatives such as building new innovative platforms, high performance primitives, frameworks to support OCI developers, and new container runtime that will allow us to run the full variety of OCI services, including our most demanding, high-performance, high-availability services. In addition, TSO organization is charged with creation and governance of the OCI-wide programs to improve organizational engineering standards, governing processes, architectural review boards, change management, communication programs, and recruiting tools. This Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) will support our newly established Software Ecosystem Management team. This team is reimagining how we ensure the security, reliability, stability, and performance of software components used across OCI. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional team to drive planning, design, and the delivery for the program. The position requires expert project/program management skills, experience with agile and traditional methodologies. Key strengths include excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, as well as familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and operations. The TPM must demonstrate the ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
