The Role The Principal Technical Program Manager drives the execution, governance, and maturation of an executive level Steering Committee within Global Security Services. In addition, this role partners closely with the Global Security Services Chief of Staff to prepare materials for Board level and senior executive engagements and is accountable for the strategy and execution of a unified reporting framework for Executive Leadership across the GSS organization. Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience supporting or managing executive level committees or forums level committees or forums
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex discussions and drive clarity in senior executive settings executive settings

  • Strong judgment, ability to synthesize complex information, and present recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Executive Committee Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders by identifying gaps, anticipating questions, and preparing leaders for high-stakes discussions with clear recommendations and contingencies.
  • Develop and publish meeting agendas, minutes, and decision logs.
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders across STEPN and Public Sector.
  • Facilitate meetings, ensuring clarity of objectives, alignment, and decision outcomes.
  • Maintain committee calendar, standing cadence, and governance structure.
  • Reporting Framework & Executive Readouts
  • Design and operationalize a standardized reporting framework to consolidate program, audit, financial, and compliance updates for STEPN and GSS leadership.
  • Ensure consistent, repeatable, and accurate reporting mechanisms across participating teams.
  • Partner with program owners to ensure data quality, accountability, and timeliness.
  • Support preparation, consolidation, and review of materials for Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team briefings.
  • Move reporting from status to insight: synthesize complex program/ audit/ financial/ compliance inputs into executive-ready narratives that highlight tradeoffs, decisions needed, and recommended actions.
  • Proactively manage cross-org dependencies (STEPN, Public Sector, and broader GSS stakeholders) and lead executive escalations through structured options, impact analysis, and recommended paths forward.
  • Strategy, Governance, and Operating Model
  • Set the framework (strategy) for the TSPC and board materials and ensure it is executed on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence, driving alignment across workstreams and ensuring leaders can operate from a single source of truth.
  • Lead program assurance mechanisms (e.g., structured health reviews and governance checkpoints) to give senior stakeholders confidence in delivery across time, budget, and quality.
