About The Position

The Principal Technical Program Manager leads enterprise-scale security and AI programs that protect critical systems while enabling innovation. This role defines security-driven objectives, manages complex cross-functional dependencies, and ensures disciplined end-to-end execution across engineering, security, and platform teams. The Principal TPM brings deep expertise in AI security, enterprise governance, risk management, and compliance, driving adoption of secure practices at scale. Success requires strong executive communication, analytical judgment, and operational rigor to identify and mitigate security risks, ensure audit readiness, maintain business continuity, and align senior stakeholders around resilient, compliant, and scalable technology solutions across global platforms and mission critical environments. About the team: Our team of Technical Program Managers and Project Managers leads strategic security initiatives across domains, including AI and OT/IoT. Collaborating closely with engineering, platform, and business teams, we mitigate risks, support cloud transformation, and enhance enterprise resilience. Through strong governance, stakeholder alignment, automation, and continuous improvement, the team delivers measurable outcomes that strengthen security posture, operational reliability, and compliance with global enterprise and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Deep experience leading AI and security programs, managing risk, compliance, and stakeholder alignment across complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong technical depth in AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture, enabling scalable, secure, and highly available AI solutions.
  • Proven ability to define and execute AI program roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive measurable outcomes through disciplined delivery.
  • Expertise translating business and AI governance requirements into technical designs while coordinating dependencies across engineering and security teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, delivering clear, data-driven insights on AI risk, performance, and adoption.
  • Demonstrated leadership mentoring teams, driving automation, operational rigor, and continuous improvement across AI ecosystems.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage goals, stage gates, and key deliverables for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources while managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs and ensure robust system architecture and scalability.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing scalable workflows, automation, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Communicates program status, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in program and project management.
