Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale HR technology programs, preferably within Walmart or similarly complex environments
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow domain.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of program management tools and methodologies (Agile, SAFe, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in mentoring senior-level TPMs and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Growth mindset, with a passion for innovation, simplification, and delivering measurable business impact.
• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Project Management.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross‑functional programs across business units and geographies, defining vision, success metrics, and execution strategies.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure ServiceNow HR solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Engage and influence senior leaders across People Services, Tech, and the business, clearly communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Provide technical oversight for planning, integration, and enhancement of ServiceNow HR capabilities.
• Mentor Staff TPMs and team members to promote excellence and innovation.
• Anticipate risks, drive change management, and ensure smooth adoption.
• Maintain operational rigor through best‑practice tracking and documentation tools.
