Requirements

Technical Depth: 10+ years of experience designing and building enterprise grade platforms and systems, with expertise in cloud, data, ecosystem, or experience platforms.
Cloud & AI Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud platform architecture and the latest in AI/ML technologies.
Product Passion: A strong drive for product design and delivery, with the ability to balance strategic vision and technical execution.
Influential Leadership: Proven ability to influence and align leaders across multiple functions, with exceptional executive presence.
Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
High Energy: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities with resilience and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

Lead and Own: Take end-to-end ownership of the most challenging technical programs, from design through launch and ongoing operations.
Architect Solutions: Design scalable, production-ready solutions and set architectural standards that guide the organization.
Drive Impact: Identify and resolve blockers across the Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring a stellar engineering experience for every team.
Collaborate Broadly: Partner with senior leaders across Product and Engineering to define and execute the vision for cutting edge infrastructure solutions.
Champion the Customer: Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of our customers and partners is at the heart of every decision.
Be a Thought Leader: Serve as the subject matter expert on engineering infrastructure practices.
