Requirements

  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end technology solutions with strong knowledge of systems architecture, technical design, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Expertise in driving program planning, resource alignment, and delivery of scalable, high-availability systems while managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
  • Strong communication skills to align multiple stakeholders, provide clear reporting, and resolve ambiguities effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, improving workflows, and fostering operational excellence.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale technical programs, defining goals, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Drive end-to-end technology solutions by collaborating on system design, architecture, and infrastructure to ensure scalability, availability, and performance.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintain program momentum and delivery quality.
  • Establish and improve standardized workflows, processes, and automation techniques to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.
