The Strategic Customers, Engineering team at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers, who are the key drivers of our revenue. These clients are not merely customers but vital partners in our business, as they operate their enterprises on our robust and reliable cloud platform. You’ll work closely with OCI’s strategic customers in APAC region, and their account engineering and TPM teams, for both Cloud Native and AI Infra use cases, to deeply understand their business goals and requirements, translate both technical and non-technical needs into clear priorities, and drive adoption and growth. Supporting the APAC SCE team for customers’ NPI, tech support needs and feature requests involving deep collaboration with OCI compute, network, storage and other service teams. Facilitate customer meetings between customers and OCI service teams and drive outcome. Proactively surface dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early, engage with the right functional teams to resolve blockers, and ensure what we deliver meets customer expectations for usability, performance, reliability, and scalability. Take ownership of assigned product and project management, from initiation to completion, including pulling in the right functional teams, setting plans and tracking progress, leadership reporting and handle escalations where applicable.
