Our TPMs have a significant business impact crafting and building new systems to power our customers business critical applications. In this Principal Technical Program Management role, you will be working across multiple functional teams and lead us through planning and designing technical solutions on software development and GPU Data Center Infrastructure to solve the business-critical problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects. You will define project scopes, plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. You will monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. You will assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. You will collaborate closely with our technical architects, partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete. You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects. You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. You should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud. You will partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels including the executive level.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience as a member of a software development or product development team in cloud technologies
  • 7+ years of experience as hands-on technical program manager; preferably in a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development and experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services
  • Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn about new tools, software, and market opportunities quickly.
  • 10+ years of program/project management, product design or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services, such as Compute, Storage, Identity and Networking
  • Demonstrated knowledge of either OCI, AWS, Azure or Google IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services.
  • Exposure working on GPU, GPU Infrastructure and Data Center design.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
