  • Create the program structure and shared alignment with the program team across Walmart on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment.
  • Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues
  • Provide on-going visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to all stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes.
  • Manage new and existing technologies integration
  • Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.
  • Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change.
  • You have a knack for building alignment across different models, varying priorities, and multi-disciplinary yet integrated teams.
  • You can convert strategy into execution, and you are comfortable seamlessly moving between tactical and strategic, depending on the needs of the program
  • Lead the implementation of highly technical and complex programs.
  • Identify technical connectors and gaps alone or partnering with technical leads.
  • Create workflow and high level architecture diagrams alone or partnering with technical leads.
  • Proactively identify and manage critical path workflows, cross-functional dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team and the broader organization.
  • Drive the development and execution of program roadmaps and schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to create highly detailed Product Requirements Documentation.
  • Communicate program plans, status, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Helping cross-functional teams solve business problems and develop breakthrough capabilities that redefine a "best-in-class" customer experience.
  • Managing relationships with geographically distributed teams, offshore development teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensuring business and global technology goals are being met.
  • Interacting, negotiating, and influencing decisions across multiple tracks and executive leadership.
  • Have 10+ Years of Program Management Experience leading complex SaaS platforms
  • Possess strong experience with Enterprise Agile Program Management
  • Demonstrate ability to build strong x-functional relationships
  • Have exceptional and concise verbal and written communications skills
  • Are skilled in Data-driven, objective analysis and decision making
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or can demonstrate you should be the teacher
  • Engineering background is preferred, including previous experience as an Engineering leader
  • Have the ability to manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment
  • Are comfortable presenting to and persuading multiple stakeholders from front line associates to business and Global Technology Executives in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Have Demonstrated ability to drive Clarity and Structure from Ambiguity
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design.
