About the job The Enablement team is a dedicated team of Technical Program Managers (TPgMs) acting as the operating system for critical initiatives across the YouTube business. We guide the alignment of priorities for YouTube “Business Organization” teams, and operate the end-to-end development life-cycle that brings business strategy to life through strategy, technology, and data. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
