As a Principal Technical Program Manager in the Workplace Product team you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Head of Workplace Product, you will lead and focus on activities related to strategic business planning and functional business management. Your core activities include strategic planning and measuring performance and execution against strategic goals, including all aspect of business operations, managing the budget, communications, location strategy and workforce management to support and enhance the organization to meet their strategic and operational goals and ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the Employee Platforms and Workplace Product organizations. Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development of new policies and processes, shaping the future of our technology landscape.

  • Develop and maintain organizational strategy and vision by coordinating multi-year planning programs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute and monitor strategic initiatives that advance business objectives.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point and expeditor for organizational issues while representing the CIO and Head of Workplace Product in firm-wide initiatives.
  • Design and execute global location and resource strategies.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for horizontal functions, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.
  • Manage the Workplace Product forward calendar and leadership agenda to ensure delivery of key priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key leadership across the Firm, business lines, and corporate functions.
  • Facilitate collaboration and information flow across teams by leveraging partnerships to inform and improve strategy and delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all functions.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Support the collection, analysis, and presentation of data to inform decision-making and measure progress against strategic goals.
  • Assist in talent management initiatives including onboarding, training, and professional development.
  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a large, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in technology, product management, and business operations.
  • Strong analytical, program/project management, and business acumen skills.
  • Excellent judgment, flexibility, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Experience managing teams directly and in a matrixed, geographically dispersed environment.
  • Highly organized, able to drive multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis, process improvement, and resource/location strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in leading culture and engagement initiatives within a product or technology organization.
  • Proficient in standard office software, reporting applications, and analytical techniques.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or graduate-level STEM degree preferred.
