We're looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager (IC4) who thrives on orchestrating complex, cross-functional work, bringing clarity, alignment, and execution to high-impact initiatives. You'll work across multiple pillar teams to build programs that improve operational maturity, increase developer velocity, and enable OCI's strategic customer engagements to scale predictably. You'll be part strategist, part systems thinker, and part operator, partnering with engineering and product leads to connect business goals to execution. Your work will create the connective tissue that helps SCE scale sustainably as OCI grows. Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) sits at the sharp edge of OCI's growth engine, partnering directly with the world's most influential companies to deliver dedicated cloud regions, AI infrastructure, and next-generation enterprise systems. This new horizontal program management and engineering team tackles cross-cutting scale challenges across SCE, building tools, programs, and processes that connect systems, automate workflows, and unlock speed at scale. We operate like an internal startup with executive sponsorship and the mandate to remove friction from OCI's fastest-moving initiatives. OCI's Strategic Customer Engineering organization builds the infrastructure that powers AI transformation and dedicated cloud for the world's most strategic enterprises. This TPM role ensures that growth is scalable and sustainable - orchestrating the systems, programs, and operations that enable every other pillar to move faster.
