About The Position

This role provides a strategic and hands-on opportunity to lead complex engineering programs in a high-performance aerospace environment. You will manage program information, schedules, and budgets while collaborating closely with Flight Sciences work package owners to deliver innovative aircraft designs on time and within cost targets. The position requires proactive coordination across engineering, supply chain, and program management functions to ensure seamless integration of development, testing, and production phases. You will track risks, dependencies, and milestones, providing clear communication to stakeholders at all levels. This role is ideal for a technically proficient leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving ambitious aerospace projects from concept to execution. It offers exposure to cutting-edge aircraft technologies and the chance to influence outcomes in a fast-evolving, safety-critical domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
  • 8+ years in technical program/project management roles, preferably in aviation or aerospace industries.
  • 10+ years of total relevant experience, including applied aerodynamics, performance, loads, and/or stability & control engineering.
  • Experience in complex aircraft structures development, design, testing, and certification.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jama, Jira.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive problem-solving, and autonomous decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dassault 3DX is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate budget, schedule, and product development plans to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Flight Sciences work package owners to define activities across all program phases, from concept to production.
  • Support supply chain management and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide engineering inputs to the integrated master schedule for accurate program visibility.
  • Define goals, track deliverables, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans across projects.
  • Coordinate with other TPMs to summarize project status, risks, and opportunities for all levels of management.
  • Manage project roadmaps within the framework of overall program strategy, ensuring alignment and accountability.
