Join our team as a program leader to shape and scale Walmart's Health and Wellness email and push communication ecosystem. You'll define opportunities and execution for lifecycle messaging across Health & Wellness audiences, driving engagement, personalization, and measurable impact at scale. You'll partner across engineering, marketing, and product to advance platform capabilities, automate communication journeys, and experiment with new ways to reach customers where they are. You will work from our Bentonville, AR offices and report to the Director of Communications, Multi-channel Activation and Experimentation. About the Digital Business Services Team We are the Digital Business Services segment of the Consumer Health and Data Solutions Team at Walmart. Our team includes customer identity, communications and business analytics to support health and wellness lines of business. We drive scalable data solutions across Walmart Health and Wellness to harness data-driven insights, improve patient engagement, and drive innovation across the health journey. What you'll do... What you'll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of Walmart's email and push notification programs across Health & Wellness and broader retail use cases.
  • Build scalable frameworks for message delivery, personalization, and automation across multiple customer journeys.
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and marketing teams to drive innovation in targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Define and oversee experimentation pipelines, A/B testing, and performance analytics to continuously improve message effectiveness and conversion.
  • Ensure platform reliability, compliance, and operational excellence across ESPs and mobile push systems.
  • Champion best practices in deliverability, content rendering, and channel accessibility across all audiences.
  • Serve as the strategic connector between business priorities and technical execution—aligning roadmap, tools, and process to deliver impact at scale.
  • Expertise in email and push channel management, including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journey orchestration
  • Ability to bridge our goals into scalable solutions with product and engineering partners
  • Expertise in email and push channels, automation, and personalization
  • 1+ years of experience with ESPs and CRM platforms either external or home-grown
  • Experience driving experimentation, deliverability, and performance optimization
  • Collaboration skills that connect business vision to product and technical execution
  • Passion for making healthcare communications smarter, faster, and more human
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.
