Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across large organizations. Deep understanding of distributed architectures, customer data platforms, AI/ML systems, and privacy-by-design principles. Experience scaling identity, analytics, or customer data ecosystems is strongly preferred. Proven track record of mentoring TPMs and advancing the craft. Preferred Qualifications... Experience thriving in highly ambiguous, large-scale technical environments, with a proven ability to bring clarity to complex system and organizational challenges. Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives while partnering deeply with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and data design decisions. Proven track record of leading delivery of large, customer-facing platforms built on distributed systems, high-volume data pipelines, or AI/ML ecosystems. Strong technical judgment, including experience evaluating architectural alternatives and guiding long-term platform evolution. Ability to build trust across teams, drive alignment across competing priorities, and create sustained execution momentum. Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and governance requirements, with experience embedding these considerations into technical solutions by design.
