About The Position

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex cloud infrastructure initiatives within our engineering organization. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale projects such as cloud migrations, control plane optimizations, and pipeline automations, ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for presenting progress and strategies to executive leadership, translating technical complexities into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience briefing executives on technical and business impacts.
  • Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments and large-scale data center migrations.
  • Familiarity with control plane technologies (e.g., API gateways, service meshes) and pipeline orchestration (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
  • Strong technical acumen in cloud computing, DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins), and infrastructure management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for major cloud infrastructure projects, including enterprise-wide migrations to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), development of robust control planes, and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines.
  • Coordinate and orchestrate work across large, distributed teams of engineers, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Drive project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies for high-impact initiatives, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in tracking progress, budgets, and resources.
  • Facilitate deep technical discussions, resolve blockers, and foster collaboration to accelerate innovation in cloud-native architectures and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports that highlight project status, milestones, challenges, and outcomes, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Champion best practices in agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to enhance team productivity and project predictability.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and reliability standards throughout the project lifecycle.
