Building 0->1 scalable AI agentic solutions that improve actionability for entire organization will be the unique opportunity and key to drive feedback actionability together with reliability. Lead technical Product Management for agentic AI solutions from inception, focusing on productivity, metrics monitoring systems, and client log management. Demonstrate thought leadership and systems thinking through system design, technical architecture understanding, and influencing engineering decisions. Accountable for driving large-scale, cross-organizational programs (e.g., Teams Reliability), leveraging robust data analysis and insights. Forge strong partnerships with customer feedback teams, product feature teams, and external customers to ensure success and goal achievement. Define critical metrics and KPIs for program performance; track progress via dashboards, status communication, and low-code automation. Lead and actively participate in monthly LT forums; present program progress, risks, and dependencies; manage escalations effectively
