About The Position

This role focuses on leading the creation of industry-defining data and analytics products that transform how organizations measure and benchmark technical talent. You will leverage extensive interview and performance datasets to develop actionable insights for customers, working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams. This position combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, from defining roadmaps to translating complex data into intuitive analytics experiences. You will engage directly with enterprise stakeholders, gathering feedback to inform product direction and drive business impact. Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with B2B offerings, including launching monetizable products to technical audiences.
  • Proven track record in defining, developing, and scaling data or analytics products with measurable business impact.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable, customer-facing products.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, customer empathy, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience engaging senior leaders at large enterprises on talent benchmarking, workforce analytics, or industry standards.
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the roadmap for data products, creating innovative benchmarking and analytics offerings.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver sophisticated, customer-focused analytics solutions.
  • Transform large datasets into actionable insights, frameworks, and tools for measuring technical talent.
  • Partner with enterprise customers to gather requirements, validate use cases, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Develop business cases for monetization and expansion of data products.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, ensuring integration with existing workflows and alignment with market needs.
  • Present complex data insights and product strategies to executive stakeholders effectively.
