About The Position

JRAD is seeking a part-time Principle Technical Lead for an immediate fill position located in Edgewood, MD.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Provide engineering support with a primary focus on systems engineering, component and systems level testing, and engineering analysis hood ventilation systems.
Perform a wide variety of Individual and Collective Protection activities in support of a US Department of Defense (DoD) organization in the Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP) that includes laboratories performing experiments with both surety and non-surety materials.
Provide Technical expertise in designing, evaluating and certifying existing and new ventilation systems that support CW analysis and testing.
Support mobile laboratory design, development and manufacturing.

Required Skills and Education:

BS Degree in Science – Mechanical Engineering Preffered
Strong communication skills, both oral and written including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Security Clearance:

Active Secret
