As part of the Customer & Market Insights team at Chick-fil-A, it is our role to capitalize the Customer and provide meaningful insights that fuel innovation around service, product development, messaging, and experience. This role leads Chick-fil-A’s media measurement strategy within the Customer & Market Insights team. It owns the end-to-end assessment of advertising performance, including delivery, effectiveness, and ROI, and translates that into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. The scope spans media delivery analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, optimizations, and investment recommendations that guide national and market level marketing decisions. This position will have two senior lead analysts reporting to them to deliver impactful insights to our stakeholders.
