About The Position

Principal Talent Advisor Our Talent Advisors at Nutanix must have a proven background in hunting for and securing top talent within our industry. Knowledge of hybrid cloud and SaaS is ideal but not required. The contract Principal Talent Advisor will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across our Go-to-Market and G&A organizations in the Americas. This role requires a seasoned talent acquisition professional who will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting from sourcing candidates to selling Nutanix as a top employer to closing of offers.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing, including full life-cycle recruitment in the technical sales space
• Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results, consultative skills, partnership skills and team building
• Must have strong computer skills and experience with Google, MS Office and other technologies
• Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility
• Must have experience working within an ATS

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs
• Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
• Call, screen and sell prospective candidates on the career opportunity at Nutanix.
• Lead recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle including successfully closing candidates on opportunities within the organization.
• Engage current and prospective talent pools and focus on the candidate experience
• Provide real-time updates on talent pools for all open reqs assigned to the Talent Advisor
• Drive influence with hiring managers and the interview teams with unbiased and consistent interview processes and hiring decisions
