About The Position

Madrigal is a biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering novel therapeutics for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), a serious liver disease that can progress to cirrhosis, liver failure, need for liver transplantation and premature mortality. Madrigal’s medication, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), is a once-daily, oral, liver-directed THR-β agonist designed to target key underlying causes of MASH. Rezdiffra is the first and only medication approved by both the FDA and European Commission for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2 to F3). An ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial is evaluating Rezdiffra for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis (F4c). Our success is driven by our people. Principal Talent Access Partner (Contract) Position Summary Madrigal is seeking a senior, hands-on recruiter to lead business-critical searches during a pivotal stage of organizational growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Access, the Principal Talent Access Partner will personally own and execute full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer negotiation and close. This role blends high-impact execution, you will actively source, assess, and secure top-tier talent while translating hiring needs into actionable search strategies aligned to organizational priorities. Requirements

  • 12+ years of biotech/pharma talent acquisition experience with significant hands-on full-cycle recruiting ownership.
  • Proven success personally leading and closing hard-to-fill searches.
  • Experience supporting biotech organizations in rapid growth environments.
  • Advanced sourcing and talent intelligence expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Data fluency and comfort using ATS tools (Workday preferred).
  • Ability to operate autonomously while carrying a meaningful requisition load.
  • Hybrid availability (3 days onsite) Conshohocken, PA

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for roles across assigned functions.
  • Personally source and engage passive talent using advanced market mapping and headhunting strategies.
  • Own candidate assessment, guide interview strategy, and lead offer development, negotiation, and close.
  • Lead structured intake and selection processes to elevate hiring quality and consistency.
  • Manage multiple concurrent priority searches with accountability for outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to translate workforce needs into executable hiring plans.
  • Develop proactive and diverse talent pipelines aligned to business growth.
  • Leverage data and ATS reporting (Workday preferred) to provide insights and continuously improve execution.
