Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to manage, capture, trace, and test systems requirements from source documents and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze system level details and parameters to create derived requirements and to support verification of requirements.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field of study.
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree is preferred.
Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Analyze system level details and parameters to create derived requirements and to support verification of requirements.
Work with developers to generate low-level software requirements (e.g., algorithm details, waveform and processing parameterization, etc.) and validate implementations against models.
Plan, organize, and conduct test events and author test plans, procedures, and reports.
Present system requirements, architectures, and technical status to customers and stakeholders.
Work with hardware and software engineering teams in all phases of a project to ensure requirements are met.
Work closely with program management and senior leadership to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
