About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting various Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment. Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of mission-critical defense systems, and you'll have a hands-on role in ensuring the entire system functions seamlessly.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics)
• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
• Experience in radar threat analysis and EW technique development/analysis
• Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements
• Experienced presenter preparing and presenting reports and briefings both orally and written
• Experienced with leading peers and team members during test phases
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), specifically using SysML
• RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules
• Flight Test experience
• Experience with Special Test Equipment and Modeling and Simulation
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with DevSecOps delivery pipelines and software development principles
• Experience with tools such as Matlab/Simulink, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience leading STE development (and prime hardware) test activities
• Experience with security requirements related to government testing

Responsibilities

• Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
• Generate test documentation for verification/acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems
• Plan IV&V activities
• Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams
• Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off
• Brief senior program management and engineering leadership
• Test EW hardware and software builds
