About The Position

As a Principal Engineer you will serve as a technical authority and strategic contributor for safety-related I&C systems. You will lead high-impact projects, drive innovation, and ensure technical excellence across programs. You will report to the Functional and System Engineering Manager and be located at Warrendale, PA office on a hybrid basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in safety-critical systems design and analysis.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and innovation.
• Expertise in reliability engineering, regulatory compliance, and advanced modeling tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and lead complex design initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert for safety-critical systems.
• Oversee reliability modeling, failure analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Interface with regulatory bodies and customers on technical matters.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor senior engineers.
• Contribute to strategic planning and technology roadmaps.
